Below are links to a draft revised set of CWHA Covenants. Comments received since September 2009 have been reviewed and the covenants are being updated. The final proposed covenants will be posted at a later date.
Much time and work went into revising the covenants to take into account changes in regulations and preferences of homeowners. The Board especially wishes to thank John Bird for his time and dedication toward the completion of this project.
The covenants are provided in two sections. The first provides a summary of the proposed changes. The second includes the full text of the proposed covenants in a format that provides a side-by-side comparison to the current covenants.
