The DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, AND RESTRICTIONS OF THE CONNEMARA WOODS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION dated March 2011 can be accessed here. The revised covenants were voted on by the membership and the votes were counted and verified by the Board of Directors on April 25th, 2011. 33 votes to approve were received meeting the requirement for approval (28 affirmative votes were required according to the existing covenants). The covenants posted here will not go into effect until registered with the County and they cannot be registed until all First Mortgage holders of the Lots approve of the bylaws and covenants. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT LOT OWNERS PROVIDE THE BOARD WITH THE ADDRESSES OF THEIR FIRST MORTGAGE HOLDERS. If you haven't already done so, please leave this information with the Secretary at 118 Connemara Drive. For planning purposes, please use the revised covenants rather than the existing covenants.

A review of the Association Bylaws revealed that they were inconsistant with the revised covenants and also needed to be updated. The proposed revised Bylaws were approved by a Member vote on October 15, 2011.
