Below are links to the final revised set of CWHA Covenants. They are pending approval of the Homeowners Association.
Much time and work went into revising the covenants to take into account changes in regulations and preferences of homeowners. The Board especially wishes to thank John Bird for his time and dedication toward the completion of this project.
